Groot Eiland offers talented Brussels residents who are far from the labour market the chance to develop their skills and creativity. Through training, work experience and job coaching in diverse sectors such as carpentry, sales, catering and urban agriculture, we guide them on their way to a job.  People who, for various reasons, can no longer enter the regular employment circuit find a safe and stress-free working environment here.
